
Executive Governance Leader

Seeking a strategic leader to guide the direction of our organisation, ensuring effective governance and supporting the leadership team in achieving our mission.
This role involves setting the tone for a culture of kindness, courage and consideration, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team.
- Attending quarterly Board Meetings with regular travel requirements
- Leading with passion and purpose to drive strategic direction and ensure alignment with the mission
- Supporting and mentoring the leadership team, providing guidance on navigating challenges and seizing opportunities
We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for education and a proven track record of governance experience. Ideal candidates will have expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Education Sector, particularly independent schools
- Accounting Practice
- Legal
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong understanding of governance and fiduciary responsibilities, are essential for this role. AICD qualification or equivalent is preferred, but not necessary.
