Board Leadership Opportunity

Seeking a strategic leader to guide the direction of our organisation, ensuring effective governance and supporting the leadership team in achieving our mission.

This role involves setting the tone for a culture of kindness, courage and consideration, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team.

  • Attending quarterly Board Meetings with regular travel requirements
  • Leading with passion and purpose to drive strategic direction and ensure alignment with the mission
  • Supporting and mentoring the leadership team, providing guidance on navigating challenges and seizing opportunities
About You

We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for education and a proven track record of governance experience. Ideal candidates will have expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Education Sector, particularly independent schools
  • Accounting Practice
  • Legal

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong understanding of governance and fiduciary responsibilities, are essential for this role. AICD qualification or equivalent is preferred, but not necessary.
