Education Professional Wanted

Guardian Mt Barker is expanding and we're looking for an exceptional Early Childhood Education professional to join our team. We're seeking someone who's passionate about creating a nurturing environment that fosters curiosity, creativity and confidence in young children.

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our experienced educators and centre manager to develop and implement innovative early learning programs that reflect current best practices. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our children and their families.

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards)
  • Prior experience in long day-care
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
  • Current Working with Children's Check
