Surgical Nursing Position

This is a nursing position in the Surgical Outpatient Clinic located in Moruya.
The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with experience in a multidisciplinary team setting.
Key Responsibilities- To deliver person-centered nursing care to individuals using best practice evidence.
- To provide supervision and support for less experienced clinicians.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated competencies in nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective clinical communication skills.
- Application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
- Ability to supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others.
- Recent clinical experience relevant to the position.
