Surgical Nurse - Moruya
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Moruya. As a Surgical Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered nursing care to patients undergoing surgery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Supervise and support less experienced clinicians
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated competencies in providing nursing care in a multidisciplinary team
- Effective clinical communication and interpersonal skills
- Application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking
- Ability to supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others
- Recent clinical experience relevant to the position
