Job Summary

This role involves working as an Enrolled Nurse in a Surgical Ward at our healthcare facility.

The Enrolled Nurse works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care, collaborating with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve quality care outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing nursing practice that respects the rights of individuals and groups within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Conducting effective clinical communication through technology, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintaining competence and enhancing skills through professional development and commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to improve patient outcomes and delivering person-centered care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian Work Rights: applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents, or able to live and work in Australia with an appropriate visa.
  • Occupational Assessment, Screening, and Vaccination against Specific Diseases: proof of vaccination against influenza is required for staff who enter any Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) or work in RACFs.
