We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team in a Surgical Ward at Moruya.
The role involves working under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide person-centered care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
This is a permanent full-time position, offering 38 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing practice that respects the rights of individuals and groups
- Conduct clinical communication effectively using technology and interpersonal skills
- Participate in professional development and maintain competence in nursing practice
- Work within a person-centered approach to nursing and demonstrate a commitment to quality improvement
Requirements:
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Current Registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
- Recent clinical experience relevant to the position
