About the Role:
The Ivory Group is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor – restricted (class 1 and 10 buildings) to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a diverse range of exciting commercial and residential projects that shape the community.
About the Position:
This is an immediate start opportunity for an initial 6-month contract. In this position, you will work closely with various government bodies and communicate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site and building inspections
- Issue CDCs, CCs, OCs and BICs
- Provide written referrals and stakeholder consultation on building matters
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Health and Building, Building Surveying or a related field
- Accreditation with NSW Fair Trading at a registration level of Building Surveyor – restricted (class 1 and 10 buildings)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of the EPA and BCA
- Class C Drivers Licence
