We are seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to support the engineering and technical operations across our range of standard and custom-engineered reverse-cycle products.

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline and have proven experience in industrial HVAC&R or commercial reverse-cycle refrigeration systems.

A strong knowledge of Australian Standards and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) regulations is also essential. Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD is preferred.

About this role:

  • Provide engineering support for standard Air Handling Units and complex reverse-cycle refrigeration systems.
  • Offer technical support from concept through commissioning—both in-house and on-site.
  • Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis across mechanical and electrical domains.
  • Develop technical reports, documentation, and cost estimates for planning and compliance.
  • Contribute to R&D initiatives and stay current with emerging HVAC&R technologies.

About you:

  • Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in industrial HVAC&R or commercial reverse-cycle refrigeration systems.
  • Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) regulations.
