As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing expert support for industrial refrigeration systems. You will work closely with design, production, and service teams to ensure our solutions meet performance, safety, and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities include:
\- Providing technical support from concept through commissioning—both in-house and on-site.
- Performing system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis across mechanical and electrical domains.
- Developing technical reports, documentation, and cost estimates for planning and compliance.
- Contributing to R&D initiatives and staying current with emerging HVAC&R technologies.
The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline) and proven experience in industrial HVAC&R or commercial reverse-cycle refrigeration systems. They must also possess strong knowledge of Australian Standards and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications\- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
- Proven experience in industrial HVAC&R or commercial reverse-cycle refrigeration systems.
- Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) regulations.
- Hands-on technical skills in both mechanical and electrical systems.
