About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and skilled Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to support the engineering and technical operations across our range of standard and custom-engineered reverse-cycle products. You'll work closely with design, production, and service teams to ensure our solutions meet performance, safety, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering support for standard Air Handling Units and complex reverse-cycle refrigeration systems.
  • Offer technical support from concept through commissioning—both in-house and on-site.
  • Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis across mechanical and electrical domains.
  • Develop technical reports, documentation, and cost estimates for planning and compliance.
  • Contribute to R&D initiatives and stay current with emerging HVAC&R technologies.
  • Integrate automation and control systems with BMS platforms.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
  • Proven experience in industrial HVAC&R or commercial reverse-cycle refrigeration systems.
  • Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) regulations.
  • Hands-on technical skills in both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
