Help Desk Associate

The job entails connecting customers with thousands of restaurants in Australia and worldwide. We are a leading online reservation platform with a network of restaurants and millions of monthly visits.

Through our website and app, users can select a restaurant, consult user reviews, check availability and book online.

We also provide software to optimize operations and improve service and revenues for restaurants.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and is positive, patient and cheerful.

To succeed in this position, you will:

  • Assist customers with questions about our electronic reservation system, website or app.
  • Provide suitable answers or solutions according to customers' specific needs.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, cares about customer needs and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent English language proficiency
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus: Technological knowledge and troubleshooting experience in a customer support environment would be advantageous, as would experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
