Job Title: Utility Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Utility Service Professional. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for accurately reading and recording utility meters in the field.

This is a dynamic and varied role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.   • Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately read and record utility meter readings using handheld devices and other equipment.
  • Perform routine checks on meters to ensure they are functioning correctly and making accurate measurements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to resolve any issues or concerns related to meter readings or data entry.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of meter readings and activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A current valid driver's license.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with some post-secondary education in a relevant field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to accurately read and interpret data from meters and other equipment.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks in a variety of weather conditions and terrain.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
