National Tax Practice Leader

As a senior tax professional, you will be responsible for leading our national tax practice and driving strategic growth through expertise in structuring complex transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Draft operating agreements and limited partnership agreements that meet regulatory requirements
- Form private equity, venture capital and real estate funds, as well as special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and other investment vehicles to optimize returns
- Structure mergers, acquisitions and minority investment transactions to drive business outcomes
