Lead National Tax Practice

As a seasoned tax attorney, we are seeking an experienced professional to lead our growing national tax practice.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Structure mergers, acquisitions, and minority investment transactions with expertise and professionalism.
  • Draft operating agreements and limited partnership agreements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide support for executive and other equity-based compensation structures as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in tax law (private practice preferred).
  • Desirable qualifications include an LL.M. in Taxation and active bar licensure in any state.
