Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our national tax practice.

The ideal candidate will have practiced for at least 8 years, with experience ranging from structuring mergers and acquisitions, as well as forming private equity, venture capital and real estate funds, SPVs and other investment vehicles (including REITs), with a demonstrated proficiency in partnership and corporate tax (including drafting operating agreements and limited partnership agreements).

Experience with executive and other equity-based compensation is desired but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Structuring mergers and acquisitions transactions.
  2. Forming private equity, venture capital and real estate funds, SPVs and other investment vehicles.
  3. Drafting operating agreements and limited partnership agreements.
Required Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum 5+ years' tax law experience (private practice preferred).
  • LL.M. in Taxation preferred.
  • Active bar license in any state.
