This role will provide thought leadership and strategic advice to help shape policy initiatives and drive meaningful outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality briefings, research, and analysis on complex public policy issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective policy solutions that meet the needs of stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice on policy issues and develop recommendations for senior management
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and negotiate agreements

Strategic Thinking

  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically to drive policy change
  • Experience in developing and implementing policy solutions that achieve tangible outcomes

Communication and Influence

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results

Technical Skills

  • Advanced research and analytical skills to inform policy decisions
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation tools

Education and Qualifications:

Master's degree in a relevant field such as economics, politics, or public administration

5+ years of experience in policy development and implementation

Strong understanding of government policies and procedures

Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
