We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Business Growth Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.

- You will book meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to our senior sales team for demos and deal progression.
- Collaboration with our founders and marketing team will be necessary to refine messaging, target segments, and outbound campaigns.
- Maintaining accurate records of outreach activity, pipeline progress, and lead qualification is crucial to ensuring seamless workflow.
- You are experienced in sales, with a focus on prospecting and lead generation.
- Identifying the right contacts, crafting compelling outreach, and sparking interest are key skills required for this role.
- Organizational skills and comfort in managing multiple conversations at once are essential for success in this position.
- You must be confident in your communication but also willing to pass the baton to others for technical demos or complex negotiations.
