Lead Swimming Coach

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced coach to lead our swimming program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of athlete development and talent pathways, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about coaching and has a desire to make a real difference in the lives of young athletes.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality swim coaching sessions tailored to different age groups and abilities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for swimmers and their families.
  • Build strong relationships with club members and help grow participation.
  • Support the development and progression of swimmers in line with club goals.
Requirements
  • Current Swimming Australia Coach Accreditation
  • At least five years of coaching experience (including state / national level)
  • A strong understanding of athlete development and talent pathways
  • Experience leading a coaching team and building positive culture
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A passion for coaching, wellbeing, and community sport
  • Current Working with Children Check, CPR and First Aid
