About the Role

We're seeking a qualified Swimming Teacher to lead by example, support instructors, and ensure every participant enjoys a safe and positive experience in our Learn to Swim program.

The Ideal Candidate

Must be passionate about swimming education and water safety

Confident in leading a team and mentoring others

Committed to providing excellent service and student outcomes

Organized, safety-conscious, and a strong communicator

Required Qualifications

Austswim / Swim Australia Teacher Accreditation (or equivalent)

CPR and First Aid Certification

Working With Children Check (valid)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in aquatic education and team supervision

This is a permanent part-time role with a 50/52 arrangement
