Treasury Manager Role\

Overview
The Treasury Manager plays a pivotal role in the finance team, responsible for managing liquidity, funding, and financial risk to support business growth. This strategic position oversees day-to-day treasury operations, including managing funding requirements and optimising cash flow and risk management processes.

\Key Responsibilities\
  • \
  • Manage daily cash flow and liquidity to ensure funding requirements are met\
  • Oversee debt facilities, manage asset-backed securitisation arrangements and reporting\
  • Lead hedge accounting, treasury accounting and reconciliations, and sign off month-end closure controls\
  • Manage banks and investors, regulators, auditors, rating agencies, legal, compliance, reporting, and audit towards treasury-related operations\
  • Review/Manage daily banking, cash & bank reconciliations, cash flow budgeting & forecasting, hedging, and foreign exchange risk management activities\
  • Prepare treasury reports, forecasts, and analysis for senior leadership\
  • Support compliance with internal controls, policies, and external regulations\
  • Collaborate with global and regional finance teams to align treasury strategy\
  • Identify process improvement opportunities across treasury operations\

    • Key skills and qualifications include:\
      • \
      • Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA preferred) with 7 years of experience\
      • Proven experience in a treasury or corporate finance role, in treasury accounting, hedge accounts, reporting, and forecasting\
      • Strong understanding of debt instruments, FX, interest rate risk, and liquidity management\
      • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills\
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with global exposure\
