Job Description
">- We are seeking a highly skilled sales trust administrator to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in property-related transactions, disbursements from the sales trust account, and monitoring marketing expenditure.
- This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly competent in using Agent Box and has a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Requirements
">- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within real estate sales trust administration.
- Highly competent in using Agent Box (sales trust module).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Be reliable, honest, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a positive, proactive, and can-do attitude.
