Senior Site Coordinator

About the Position:
- Work on various sites in a FIFO arrangement from Perth.
- Be part of a national contractor with a strong pipeline of projects.
- Contribute to major shutdowns and project delivery without a fixed schedule commitment.
The role involves supervising teams and ensuring site productivity aligns with project timelines. It also requires leading safe work practices, setting up and packing down site equipment, coordinating employees and subcontractors, and communicating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day site supervision and management of your team.
- Ensure site productivity meets project deadlines.
- Lead the team on productive safe work behaviour.
- Coordinate pre-start and toolbox meetings.
- Manage employees and subcontractors.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Complete QA and HSE paperwork.
About You:
- Previous experience in construction and remediation, preferably on structural integrity projects.
- Prior experience supervising skilled tradesmen.
- S26 supervisor training is preferred.
- You must hold a white card and current Drivers Licence.
- A basic understanding of Microsoft Office is required.
- You must be able to obtain a Police Clearance.
- Mechanical/Fabrication trade certificate and/or construction qualifications are desired.
- Excellent conflict resolution, communication and influencing skills are necessary.
- A sound understanding of established safety policies and guidelines is essential.
