About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to join our Buying team at Carma. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless pre-sale checks, managing keys, log books, and car accessories, and providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the heartbeat of the Buying team, keeping everything organized and on track.
  • Ensure all pre-sale checks are completed, from recall checks to service history, making the process seamless for our buyers.
  • Keep track of keys, log books, and car accessories, ensuring everything is stored safely and ready for action.
  • Foster great communication by being the go-to person for scheduling and updates within the team.
  • Dive into data entry, verifying vehicle info with precision and ensuring everything is up to date.
  • Offer a helping hand to the wider team, delivering exceptional customer service whenever needed.

About You

  • You bring previous experience in administration or coordination within a fast-paced environment.
  • You have solid customer service skills and a customer-first mentality, always looking for the right solution.
  • You're self-motivated and thrive both independently and as part of a team.
  • You're adaptable and comfortable switching between tasks while maintaining a high attention to detail.
  • You're tech-savvy, experienced with various systems, and eager to learn new ones.
  • You're flexible and open to taking on different responsibilities as needed.
