Key Responsibilities:

  • Share Your Expertise - Get to know each car inside and out, answer questions, and ensure customers have all the information they need.
  • Ensure Smooth Transitions - Liaise with internal teams and customers to ensure collection appointments run smoothly.
  • Anticipate and Resolve Issues - Identify potential customer concerns, troubleshoot, and provide fast, effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Team - Support your colleagues and contribute to a seamless customer experience.

  • Confident Driver - You hold an unrestricted Australian driver's license and are comfortable driving various vehicles.

  • Availability - You're available to work Tuesday to Saturday and are flexible with your schedule.
