Job Opportunity: Learning Coordinator

The New Colombo Plan (NCP) Program is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Coordinator to support the design, development, and implementation of training and learning materials.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effective project coordination of e-learning module development projects to develop updated e-learning modules;
  • Supporting the planning and implementation of projects to develop refreshed e-learning modules as part of a wider NCP pre-departure training program;
  • Identifying and managing suitable training and learning technology systems including e-learning development solutions;
  • Coordinating, planning, testing, and clearance processes for product development activities working closely with subject matter experts and relevant teams involved in project management;
  • Providing administrative support to learning module development activities including but not limited to procurement and management of suppliers, tracking of project progress, reporting against project plans, and other ad hoc duties;
  • Supporting the development and implementation of training on e-learning tools and processes for key staff and stakeholders as required;

Required skills and qualifications include demonstrated experience working with technical systems for knowledge management, e-learning, or other purposes, and a relevant bachelor's degree or certification. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
