Drive Business Growth Through Learning

As a key member of our Talent team, you'll own and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) from set-up to troubleshooting and reporting.

You'll also support our employees by resolving learning-related enquiries, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate system changes and process improvements.

Keep content fresh and update learning modules to maintain a great employee experience.

Key Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a Learning Administrator or similar role.
  • Confidence working with P&C systems such as LMS, SuccessFactors, SNOW or similar.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
