Culture and Learning Coordinator
The role of Culture and Learning Coordinator is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the development of scholar pre-departure training materials and e-learning modules for students participating in the New Colombo Plan Program.
About The Role:This position involves supporting the design and implementation of a project to develop a suite of refreshed e-learning modules, as part of a wider NCP pre-departure training program. The successful candidate will work closely with subject matter experts and relevant MASS and DFAT teams involved in project management.
Responsibilities include providing administrative support to learning module development activities, including but not limited to procurement and management of suppliers, tracking of project progress, reporting against project plans, and other ad hoc duties. The role also involves contributing to the evaluation of e-learning systems and e-learning modules.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working with technical systems for knowledge management, e-learning or other purposes. Additionally, they should have experience in working in learning, development and training, with experience of working with government and international student/scholarship or international development programs highly desirable.
The selected candidate will be expected to demonstrate high levels of organizational skills, agility and the ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks, and work well under pressure. They will also need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
