Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional customer service representative to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience, handling telephone and email correspondence, supporting management with inventory management, and liaising with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and can work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service in a high-pressure environment
- Handle telephone and email correspondence professionally and efficiently
- Support management with inventory management tasks
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs

- Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
- Proven experience within a customer service position
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
