About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be a senior specialist instrument technician. You will be responsible for the reprocessing of flexible endoscopes, including associated washer/disinfectors and storage/drying cabinets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reprocess flexible endoscopes using best practice techniques.
  • Maintain accurate documentation pertaining to disinfection and sterilisation of reusable medical instruments.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate IV in Health - Sterilisation Practices for Technicians, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 months (full time equivalent) endoscopy related experience.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
