Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to drive growth through strategic partnerships and direct engagement with key end-users. This role focuses on creating demand for innovative solutions in hygienic fluid handling and food heat transfer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Grow Strategic Partnerships: Build strong relationships, align targets, and provide training and technical expertise to support partner success.
  • Create Demand with End-Users: Engage key accounts to influence specifications and generate opportunities that drive revenue growth.
  • Convert Opportunities into Orders: Nurture leads, prepare value-based proposals, and follow up to close deals and meet sales objectives.
  • Support and Enable Partners: Provide technical support, assist with quotes, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Promote Sustainability and Innovation: Drive optimization audits and new product launches through channels and directly with strategic customers to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or similar).
  • 5-10 years of experience in hygienic fluid handling, heat transfer, or related process equipment.
  • Proven experience working with distribution or integrator partners or indirect sales models.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
