Job Summary

Zoos Victoria is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Senior Advisor to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating learning programs, activities, and initiatives that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning experiences that enhance skills, knowledge, and competency across our people and teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that meet corporate, legislative, and compliance obligations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employees and volunteers to promote a culture of learning and development.
  • Contribute to the development of organizational development projects and initiatives.

About You

We are seeking an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in training and facilitation. You will have a proven track record of designing and delivering engaging learning experiences and a passion for promoting a culture of learning and development.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training and facilitation.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practice in design and delivery of engaging learning experiences.
  • Ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
