We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our project teams in the Charlotte area. The successful candidate will work with a talented group of construction professionals who support project execution, executive leadership, business development, and administrative teams in a dynamic environment.

  • Manage finances effectively
  • Execute project procurements
  • Oversee accounts receivable
  • Procure and manage subcontractors
  • Coordinate technical drawings and submissions
  • Develop and manage project schedules
  • Implement quality and safety protocols
  • Ensure client satisfaction and team collaboration
Key Qualifications
  • Degree in construction management or related field
  • 10+ years experience in construction industry with 7+ years project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of local area, preferably Charlotte, NC
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with Procore advantageous
