Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned construction professional to drive successful project results from pre-construction through final closeout.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on the project site.
  • Participate in bidding and pre-construction services, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization as the client's primary contact, establishing trust and rapport with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee the performance of support personnel on the project site, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Maintain control over project expenditures and ensure timely completion.
  • Execute subcontracts and purchase orders, and approve invoices and change requests from subcontractors.
  • Mentor and train Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers, developing their skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • A minimum of seven years of relevant construction experience, managing projects for distribution centers and/or light industrial manufacturing.
  • A bachelor degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • Effective communication skills to motivate teams, delegate tasks, and present proposals to clients.
  • The ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
