About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our technology landscape. We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead and guide the design of program solution architecture, contributing to the overall design governance of system architecture across Cover-More Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of program solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Contribute to the overall design governance of system architecture, ensuring consistency and quality across the organization.
  • Design and govern system integrations, ensuring seamless interactions between different systems and applications.
  • Ensure quality is maintained for program architecture, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Support the facilitation of governance and adoption of the right solution across your delegated area of responsibility.
  • Assess the direct and indirect impact of Architecture on the end customer, seeking opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Support the overarching Group Architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a Solution Architecture role, with exposure to business applications, integration, security, and data architecture within a large and complex business environment.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Information, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
  • Thorough understanding of key technology architectural frameworks and standards.
  • Strong technical background and exposure to leading technology platform integration frameworks, Integration patterns, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS).
  • Experience designing and integrating mobility solutions leveraging AWS services and platforms.
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment.
  • Ideal experience within financial services or fintech.
