Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of multiple childcare services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, driving enrolment growth, and maintaining high standards of quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, company policies, and procedures.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to Centre Managers and staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and educational programs provided.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain families.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation for the area.
  • Build strong relationships with families, educators, and the community.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to support organisational goals and initiatives.
  • Travel to Regional Victoria is required.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Early Education.
  • Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis.
  • Current Child Protection, Safe Sleep, and Food Safety Training.
  • Motivated team player, capable of working independently.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the childcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, curriculum development, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, inspire excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
