Job Title:

Lead Pre-Sales Organisation

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of high performers, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Develop and provide oversight to the professional growth of your team members.
  • Establish and monitor performance goals for your team in alignment with Sales Leadership objectives.
  • Evaluate and communicate NetApp's innovative solutions and products to Customers and Partners.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor behaviour, providing actionable insights to Sales Leadership and Product Management.
  • Participate in sales campaigns and collaborate with Sales as a business partner, contributing to the Leadership Team's growth initiatives.
  • Accountable for talent retention and hiring/onboarding of new employees.

A strong technical understanding and ability to articulate complex information clearly are essential requirements. A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A Graduate Degree is preferred but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and 1-5 years of people management experience, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
