Job Overview

The successful Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring seamless day-to-day management and providing direction to a team. This includes maintaining the highest standards, delivering value to owners, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service
  • Ensure legislative compliance and adhere to all relevant regulations
  • Manage arrears control, rent reviews, maintenance arrangements, and record-keeping
  • Conduct routine inspections, including ingoing and outgoing checks
  • Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings as required
  • Participate in team meetings and company functions

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in property management
  • A recognised qualification such as an Assistant Agents / Real Estate Certificate or Real Estate License
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications and a willingness to follow procedures
