Medical Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Administrator to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced computer skills, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.

  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office are required.
  • A self-motivated and enthusiastic approach is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Demonstrating strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • The successful candidate will be able to work cohesively within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail is required.
  • Experience with Medical software (Genie) is preferred but not essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Covering personal/annual leave as required.
  • Performing other duties as required.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • 1 year of experience in Medical administration or customer service is preferred.

This is a full-time role working 8 hour shifts per day. The successful candidate will require the right to work in Australia and must be willing to work in an in-person work location.
