We are seeking a skilled professional to lead transit facility projects, requiring experience in transportation or industrial projects and managing multidisciplinary design teams.
Responsibilities include project management and design oversight of transit facilities such as vehicle and maintenance facilities, transit stations, bus terminals, and interchanges. This involves coordinating professional staff work, overseeing project development, and reviewing all project phases.
Key responsibilities also include:
- Managing concept and design of vehicle and transit maintenance facilities for various project sizes.
- Coordinating workload, monitoring project schedules, and managing budgets.
- Leading cross-functional teams across time zones.
Academic / Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering (Master's preferred).
- At least 12 years of experience in project management within design or engineering fields.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
