Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to assist individuals in the community with various needs including physical and mental disabilities, learning disabilities, and elderly care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with accessing community resources and services
  • Provide emotional and social support to clients, engaging in conversation and social activities
  • Assist clients with mobility and transferring, using mobility aids if necessary
  • Support clients with meal planning, preparation, and feeding if required
  • Assist clients with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
  • Transport Clients to appointments and outings

Qualifications and Skills

The necessary qualifications for this role may vary based on the type of supports required by individuals. While qualifications are desired, they are not mandatory.
