Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest quality, person-centred, care to residents.
- Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope.
- Consider physical, social and psychological requirements.
- Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met.
- Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members.
- Work within a diverse team to deliver best practice clinical care that supports and enhances residents' needs and well-being.
- Ensure there is a clear and succinct handover from shift to shift.
- Monitor client health and update care journal notes accordingly.
