Aged Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to provide high-quality patient care in an aged care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centered care to residents with complex needs, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, toileting, bathing, feeding, and manual handling.
  • Maintain a safe environment by conducting regular hand hygiene and adhering to infection control protocols.
About You:
  • Hold a current Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support, Diploma of Nursing, or Bachelor of Nursing.
  • Have a minimum of 6 months paid Australian experience in an aged care or hospital setting.
  • Exhibit a 'can-do' attitude, willingness to travel, and flexibility to work at various facilities.
