We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Support Worker to join our dedicated team. As a leading provider of disability accommodation services, we create inclusive environments that empower individuals to live fulfilling lives.

As a Support Worker in our Accommodation Services, you will provide essential assistance to our high-needs clients, aiding with personal care and daily tasks. You will support clients who use wheelchairs and have additional medical needs, ensuring they receive the necessary care.

Our team promotes autonomy and supports residents around the clock, fostering independence within a shared living environment. Your role will involve handling complex situations with empathy and composure, making a meaningful impact on others.

About You:

  • Confidently engage with clients effectively, building positive relationships and supporting their unique needs.
  • Able to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating resilience and self-assurance.
  • Skillful at prioritizing tasks and demonstrating problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible, with availability for shift work, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
  • Holder of a valid Australian Driver's License, Working With Children Check, and NSW NDIS Workers Screening Check.
