About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to oversee operations for a major service contract.

This pivotal role will involve managing a team of 10–30 staff and ensuring consistent high-quality service delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of 10–30 staff to deliver consistent high-quality service.
  • Oversee day-to-day contract delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Manage resources and workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and expand service offerings.
  • Report on key performance indicators and contract outcomes to senior management.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and best practice across all operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in site management, contract management, or operational leadership within construction, facilities, or maintenance services.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing revenues in the multi-million-dollar range.
  • Proven ability to turn around underperforming operations and deliver measurable growth.
  • Exceptional people management skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A strategic thinker, capable of positioning the organization for long-term success.
  • Must have proven experience in SMP (Structural, Mechanical, and Piping) and fabrication.
