We are seeking an experienced and safety-driven Production Manager to lead our Pilbara Mine Operations.

This critical leadership position demands significant responsibility and comes with numerous opportunities for growth and development through our signature training programmes.

• Oversee the day-to-day management of open pit production operations, including planning activities for the site.
• Be an inspiring role model, coach positive behaviours, and provide leadership, development, and support to mine operation teams.
• Manage optimisation projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring adherence to procedures for operational activities, site standards, and legislation.
• Lead, organise, develop, and motivate your teams to exceed expectations and targets while building meaningful succession pathways for your staff.
• Develop and implement key productivity improvements to drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with key partners to achieve wider business objectives.
• Monitor, record, analyse, and report on safety, people, and productivity activities to consistently meet or exceed plan and improve performance.

• Proactive approach with a strong commitment to driving a safe working culture.
• Hold a current Quarry Managers certificate or be in the process of obtaining it.
• Experience in operational leadership roles and confident in leading, mentoring, coaching team members, and interfacing with senior leaders.
• Autonomous haulage system experience is highly regarded.
• Desire to build and lead engaged teams.
• Prior contractor management experience is desirable.
• Understanding of the mining industry from both an operational and technical perspective.
• Mining operational optimisation knowledge and/or experience.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve safety and operational outcomes and delivery of targets.
