Claims Adjuster Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring policyholders receive prompt assistance while navigating the claims process smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary diploma in business or related courses, programs, licenses (insurance-related), and/or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 4 years in a claims or insurance environment is required, with 1-2 years of hands-on experience handling home insurance claims.
- Maintain professional relationships with insurers primarily over the telephone.
- Investigate the legitimacy of claims, interview and take statements from policyholders, claimants, and witnesses.
- Review information including estimates, photos, and videos of property damage, proof of ownership, hospital records, and other pertinent information required to fully substantiate the claim.
