We are currently seeking a Territory Growth Manager to join our Artisan Division, specializing in the Sunshine Coast region.

About the Opportunity
  • Cover a defined territory with an established customer base and significant growth potential;
  • Leverage industry knowledge and commercial acumen to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets;
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality food, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think creatively to drive business growth.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in foodservice sales, preferably in a similar role;
  • Strong understanding of the foodservice industry and its trends;
  • Results-driven approach to sales, with a focus on exceeding targets;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
