Complex Training Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the design, delivery, and evaluation of complex training programs within a joint-service environment.

This role involves occasional domestic travel and requires deep expertise in instructional design, Defence-specific learning platforms, and Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analyses to identify capability gaps and inform targeted training solutions
  • Develop and evaluate high-quality instructional material aligned to SADL methodology
  • Deliver impactful training programs in both face-to-face and blended environments
  • Utilise Defence LMS and LCMS systems to manage and track learning content
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across services to ensure training outcomes align with Defence objectives
  • Apply agile project management principles in training development initiatives
  • Support the integration of digital learning technologies into courseware

Requirements include Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent), Active NV1 Security Clearance, and minimum 10 years' experience delivering education and training for Defence.
