About the Role:
We are seeking an organised and resilient administrator to join our team in the Launceston office. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, triaging intake of phone calls, completing data entry, coordinating mail, and maintaining the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Provide warm and welcoming support to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
- Intake Coordination: Triage phone calls, complete data entry, and coordinate mail to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Office Management: Maintain the office, including ensuring we are stocked with essentials, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Remuneration: SCHADS Award Level 2-3, ranging from $70,170 to $73,795 per annum plus superannuation.
- Extra Leave: Enjoy an additional week of annual leave (pro rata) to support your wellbeing, with 17.5% leave loading.
