Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced retail leader to join our store leadership team. As Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth, achieving operational excellence, and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to deliver business results, drive financial performance, and lead by example. You'll be responsible for managing a multimillion-dollar store, driving sales growth, and delivering on brand vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement
  • Lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, support, and feedback to drive results
  • Manage store operations, including recruitment, rostering, and wage control
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is memorable and exceeds expectations
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, drive innovation, and improve processes

Requirements:

  • Proven retail leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strategic thinking, with a focus on driving sales growth and achieving operational excellence
  • Experience in managing rosters, achieving wage control, and driving financial performance
